THOMAS A. BAILEY, BARBER, DIES AT COSHOCTON HOSPITAL - Thomas A. Bailey, 73, Coshocton, died Wednesday (August 25, 1948) at 9:35 p.m. in Coshocton Memorial Hospital following an illness of three weeks.

He was born December 17, 1875 in New Cumberland, WV., a son of Joseph and Elizabeth (Wolf) Bailey. He had followed the barbering trade all of his life. He was a member of the Christian church of New Cumberland, WV.

Surviving are six brothers, Charles, Raymond and Benjamin Bailey, all of New Cumberland, John and James Bailey, both of Coshocton, Joseph Bailey of Kent, OH; four sisters, Mrs. George (Laurenna) Noss of Freedom, PA, Mrs. James (Amanda) Snowden of Ravenna, OH, Mrs. William (Lucy) Bailey of New Cumberland, Mrs. Roy (Ada) Holsinger of Minerva OH and a half sister, Mrs. Frank (Nancy) Allen of East Liverpool, OH.

Friends will be received at the Glass funeral home from 7 o'clock tonight until noon Friday, when the body will be taken to New Cumberland Cemetery for burial.
