Obituary - Mrs. Susan F. Hay

At the family residence on Spring street at 9:30 Monday morning (January 4, 1904) occurred the death of Mrs. Susan F. Hay, death resulting from neuralgia of the heart. The funeral will be held at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at her late home. The interment will be in Riverview cemetery.
Mrs. Hay was born in Madison township and was 58 years of age. She was a consistent member of the Methodist Episcopal church, and manifested strong Christian principles. She was a faithful wife and loving mother and her death will be deeply mourned by her relatives and a large circle of friends.
She is survived by her husband and two sons and two daughters, together with a number of sisters. The sons are Charles and Samuel Hay and the daughters are Mrs. Will Graham, of this city and Mrs. Lizzie Fowler who lives at home. Five sisters and one brother also survive.
