Obituary - Robert McGlumphrey

Robert, Jr., the 11-year-old son of Robert McGlumphrey, died at the family residence in West Fifth street at 9:45 o'clock Sunday evening (November 26, 1905) after an illness of 14 days duration. The boy was stricken with typhoid fever and was getting along nicely until last Wednesday when spinal meningitis developed and he suffered intense pain until his death. Funeral services will be held at the home at 9"30 o'clock this morning from where the remains will be conveyed to Chester and taken to New Cumberland where services will be held at the Methodist Episcopal church of that city for the benefit of the many friends of the family. Interment will be in the New Cumberland cemetery.
