WELLSVILLE - Pauline Sheets, 75, of Clark Avenue died at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday, May 11, 1994, at City Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born Aug. 28, 1918, in Belington, W.Va., a daughter of the late George and Anice Hill DeLauder.
She was a kiln drawer at the former Taylor, Smith and Taylor Pottery. She was Protestant by faith and was a member of the Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5647.
Her husband, Robert Sheets, whom she married Dec. 4, 1978, died in 1980.
She is survived by a daughter, Hilda McBee of Wellsville; three brothers, Ersel DeLauder and Kenneth DeLauder of Wellsville and Reginal DeLauder of Lisbon; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Fred Bennett in 1984 and Alvin Sherwood Bennett in 1939, and a brother, Dorman DeLauder in March 1994.
The Rev. David Peterson of the First Free Methodist Church will conduct services at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Roberts Funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
