Mrs. Mary May Geer, 90, widow of Asa W. Geer, died today about 3 a.m. at the Fox Nursing Home, where she had been a patient for three years. She previously had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Ray (Mabel) Crowder of 306 Norton Street. A native of Turtle Creek, PA, Mrs. Geer was born Sept. 6, 1877, a daughter of the late William Powell and Maria Hopkins Powell. She had resided in the East Liverpool area during her adult life and attended Prayer Temple. In addition to her daughter, Mrs. Geer is survived by two sons, John Geer of Newell and Thomas Geer of East Liverpool, seven grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the East Liverpool Arner Homes for Funerals by the Rev. Harry J. Lane. Burial will be in Columbiana Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
