Mrs. G. W. Campbell, aged 63 years, one of the city's most prominent aged residents, was called by death at 12:45 o'clock yesterday (March 20, 1911) afternoon at her late home, 131 West Fifth street, following a brief illness of pneumonia. Although not seriously ill, Mrs. Campbell had been in poor health for some time.

Deceased was born in Marshall county, W.Va., coming to this city about thirty years ago. She was encircled by a large number of friends who will greatly mourn her departure from their midst. She was a devot member of the First Methodist Episcopal church.

Aside from her husband, deceased is survived by two sons, Frank, of this city, and Walter B., of Wellsville, and one brother, John Gorby of Wellsville, and one sister, Mrs. James Hanley, of this city.

Funeral services over the remains will be held from the late home at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Rev. Edwin Kirby, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church, will officiate. Interment will be made in the Spring Grove cemetery.

Friends may view the remains between the hours of 7 and 9 this evening.
