Lineaus McGavern
Lineaus McGavern, aged 59 years, formerly engaged as a carpenter in this city, died at the Dayton Soldiers' Home on Tuesday of this week. The funeral service was held at Dayton on Thursday and the remains were laid to rest at the cemetery at the home. Deceased was a member of Gen. Lyon Post, G. A.R., of this city, and entered the home at Dayton 12 years ago. During the war of the Rebellion he served as a member of the Second O. V. I. He was unmarried, and is survived by three brothers, Thaddeus and Chas. of this city, and William McGavern, of Pittsburg.
