DEATH ANGEL FINALLY CALLS MRS. J. W. GEON
Venerable Lady Answers Summons After Several Months Illness
ESTIMABLE MOTHER

Mrs. Katherine Geon, aged 52, wife of Joseph W. Geon, was called by death at her home on Lincoln avenue at 7 o'clock Sunday evening (September 3, 1911), after a lingering illness of several months. Deceased has been a resident of East Liverpool for the past twenty nine years and has spent the greater portion of her life in this vicinity.

Held in the highest of respect by all with whom she was acquainted, her death brings sadness into many a heart. Taken sick over a year ago, she was removed to the Mercy hospital in Pittsburg, last fall where she underwent an operation, but her condition gradually grew worse, until death came Sunday evening.

Mrs. Geon was born in London, England, and came to this county with her parents, when but a small girl taking up her residence in Wellsville. Here she spent her girlhood, being married to J. W. Geon about twenty-nine years ago. With her husband she lived here ever since. She was a devout member of the St. Aloysius church of this city.

Deceased is survived by her husband and three children, Mayme, Joe, Jr., and Will, all at home. She is also survived by two brothers and one sister, Conn Ryan of Wellsville, Michael Ryan of Cleveland, and Mrs. Ellen McGurren of Wellsville.

Funeral services over the remains will be held from the St. Aloysius church at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning, Rev. Fathers. T. M. Smythe and J. Cummings, officiating.
