Lisbon, May 28-George McKee, a man, who is well known by all old residents of Lisbon, died at his home on North Beaver street at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon (May 28, 1912) after but a short illness. He was indisposed for the first Saturday, but his condition was not alarming until Monday about noon when he was seized with a singing spell, the result of heart failure, and died within a short time.

He was born in North Georgetown, but the most of his life was spent in Lisbon. He was a son of Joseph McKee, a pioneer resident of the county seat, and was 69 years old. For many years he had been engaged in the junk business, the peddling of fish, at which he has gotten rich.

He is survived by his wife and four children, Mrs. Anna Feasline, George and Ed McKee of Lisbon, and Mrs. Harry Hurst of Sharon, Pa.
