Genivie L. Simpson
EAST LIVERPOOL - Genivie L. "Genny" Simpson, 86, formerly of Irish Ridge Road, died at 1.45 a.m. Tuesday April 4, 2000, at City Hospital following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Belington, W. Va., Jan. 8, 1914, a daughter of the late Arthur and Emma Armstrong Hulderman.
She worked at several area grocery stores and was a member of the Open Door Fellowship.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh H. Simpson.
She is survived by a son, Charles "Sonny" Simpson of East Liverpool; two grandchildren and a great-grand child.
The Pastor Ron Kelly of Open Door Fellowship will conduct the services at 11 a.m. Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home form 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
