Mrs. Dorothy M. Borton, 56, of Lisbon, RD 3, wife of Clark F. Borton, died Monday at 11:57 p.m. at City Hospital after an illness of four months.
She was born in East Liverpool, April 20, 1914, a daughter of the late John Adams and Rosie Beaver Adams. She had resided her lifetime in the area.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a stepson, Clarence Borton of North Georgetown, Ohio; three brothers, Calvin H. Adams of East Liverpool, Carl L. Adams of San Bernadino, Calif., and Arthur Adams of Leetonia, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home by the Rev. Jonathan McKeown of the Oakland Free Methodist Church. Burial will be in Calcutta United Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon.
