Dorman DeLauder
WELLSVILLE - Dorman G. DeLauder, 60, of Wood Street was pronounced dead at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 1994, at City Hospital where he was taken after suffering an apparent heart attack.
He was born in Belington, W. Va., a son of the late George and Anice Hill DeLauder.
He was a retired truck driver, last working for Airco Industrial Gases. He served with the U. S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a member of the Pleasant Heights United Brethren in Christ Church.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine Hescht DeLauder, whom he married Oct. 8, 1983; three daughters, Gretchen DeLauder, Paula DeLauder and Mrs. James (Kelly) Shenton of Wellsville; a son Devin DeLauder of East Liverpool; three stepdaughers, Mrs. Ronald (Deborah) Jones of Salineville, Mrs. Kevin (Kathy) DeLauder of East Liverpool and Sondra Hescht, at home; a sister, Pauline Sheets of Wellsville; three brothers, Ersel DeLauder of Wellsville, Kenneth DeLauder of Glenmoor and Reginald D. DeLauder of Lisbon; and 11 grandchildren.
Pastor Joe Cilone of the church will conduct services at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Roberts Funeral Home. The Tri-State Veterans Burial Group will accord military honors graveside at Springhill Cemetery.
Friends may call a the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Friday.
