DOLORES MAY CRAWFORD, 82

EAST LIVERPOOL - Services will be held Sunday for Dolores May Crawford, 82, of Fawcett Apartments, who died at 7:05 a.m. Friday, Oct. 27, 2000, at City Hospital following a lengthy illness.

She was born in East Liverpool May 30, 1918, a daughter of the late William and Mary Berg Rabon.

An area resident all of her life, she was employed for 16 years as a night receptionist at the Mary Patterson Building until it's closing. She had previously worked at Montgomery Wards. She attended Trinity Presbyterian Church. She was a member of the Area Seniors, Goldenaires, Jolly Sixties, Daughters of America Lodge 4 for 55 years and the original grandparents Club.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Annett Weekley of Wellsville; and a sister in law, Mrs. Margaret Rabon of Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Richard Crawford and William Crawford, a sister, Evelyn Shertzinger; and a brother, James Rabon.

The Rev. Charles Parry, chaplain of City Hospital, will conduct the services at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Dawson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
