Obituary - Mrs. Caroline Boone

Mrs. Caroline Boone died at her home in Winona Monday morning (May 15, 1911) after a long illness with cancer. Deceased has suffered from cancer for several years, during which time she underwent two operations in Cleveland hospitals.
Mrs. Boone was born December 20, 1840, and was a daughter of the late Jesse and Rachel Heaton of Butler township. She was united in marriage on September 13, 1861, of which union six children survive as follows: C. E. Roller, and Mrs. Della Chandler, Lisbon; Mrs. H. O. Reeder, Kensington; W. G. Roller, Alliance, and H. H. Roller, Wellsville.
Mrs. Caroline H. Boone
Mrs. Caroline H. Boone, wife of Aaron Boone of Winona, O., died at 10:30 o'clock Monday morning form cancer, for which she underwent an operation about 18 months ago in St. Clair hospital, Cleveland. The deceased was 79 years of age and highly esteemed by all who knew her. She was a lifelong member of the Trinity Reformed church, west of Lisbon. Her husband, three sons and two daughters survive: Mrs. H. O Reeder, of Kensington, o.; C. E. Roller, of Lisbon; W. G. Roller, of Alliance; H.H. Roller, of Wellsville, and Mrs. Edith C. Chandler of Lisbon. Two sisters and two brothers also survive, Thomas Heaton, of Washingtonville; Charles Heaton, of Winona: Mrs. Will Cook, of Kings Ferry, N. Y., and Mrs. Jonathan Ball, of Salem. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Woodsdale church, Rev. Mr. Miller officiating. The remains will be laid to rest beside those of her former husband, Samuel J. Roller, in Pleasant Grove cemetery, Salem. Mr. Roller preceded her to the grave 15 years ago.
