Carl Conrad Muschweck, 64
East Liverpool-Carl Conrad Muschweck, 64, of Duke Road, died at 9:58 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 1998, at City Hospital, where he was taken after suffering an apparent heart attack at home.
He was born in Monaca, Pa., April 14, 1934, a son of the late John and Margaret S. George Muschweck.
A lifelong resident here, he was a steam fitter of Duquesne Light in Shippingport before retiring in 1988. He served with the US Army in Germany during the Korean War. He was a member of a Masonic Lodge in Beaver, Pa., and the Midland Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Sportsman Club.
His wife, Mary K. Muschweck, died Aug 4, 1993. He also was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Muschweck.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Eva) Simpson and Miss Teresa Zirillo of East Liverpool; two sons, Carl T. Muschweck and Daniel L. Muschweck of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; four sisters, Dorothy "Emma" Bryner of Industry, Elizabeth George of Port St. Lucie, Margaret Carson of Midland and Helen Pritchett of Portland Ore.; three brothers, Paul Muschweck of Corpus Christi, Texas, John Muschweck of East Liverpool and William Muschweck of Port St. Lucie; eight grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Dawson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
