Arthur Moore
Salineville: Arthur Moore, 52, of RD 1, Hull Rd., died at Shelby General
Hospital in Marietta this morning at 2 following a three week illness.
He was born May 6, 1928, in East Liverpool, a son of Mrs. Priscilla Mae
Moore Grimes of Salineville.
Mr. Moore worked in the transportation department at Crucible Steel
Divisions in Midland, retiring in 1970. He was a member of First Baptist
Church of East Liverpool and Union Local 1212, Untied Steelworkers of
America.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Reubena Gamble
Moore, of the home, six sons, William Moore of Salineville, Richard
Moore of Hanoverton, and Paul Moore; Fred Moore, Thomas Moore and Claude
Moore, all of the home; one sister, Mrs. Beatrice Dugan of Wellsburg, W.
Va.; a half brother, Robert Grimes of Wellsburg; and six grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Martin Funeral Home with the
Rev. Clark Allison officiating. Burial will be at Spring Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Martin Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon and evening.
