Alonzo G. Sells, 38, foreman of the shipping department of the Edwin M. Knowles China Co., at Newell for about 17 years, died in his home 1200 Harker avenue, Wednesday (June 24, 1936) at 8:30 p.m.

Mr. Sells was born in Bellaire and came to this city with his parents when a year old. He was a member of the Pennsylvania avenue Methodist Episcopal church and also of Class No. 13 of the Sunday school and of East Liverpool Lodge No. 681 Masons.

He is survived by his widow, Carrie E. Sells, two daughters, Mrs. Howard Treleven and Doris Sells and his mother, Mrs. Mena Sells, all of East Liverpool.

Funeral services will be held in the Pennsylvania avenue Methodist Episcopal church Saturday at 2 p.m., in charge of Rev. E. R. Reed, the pastor. Burial will be made in Riverview cemetery.

Friends are requested to call at the home between 7 and 9 p.m. Friday.
