Physician's Widow Taken

Rites To Be Saturday For Mrs. Adwin Culp

Salinville- Mrs. Adwin Naomi Culp, widow of Dr. Clyde S. Culp, physician, died Wednesday at 5 p. m. while in an ambulance en route to a Greensburg (Pa.) hospital. She was 60.

Mrs. Culp, who had been sick for three weeks, was being taken from her home on W. Main St. to the hospital by her son-in-law and daughter, Dr. and Mrs. R. R. Bushyager of Irwin, Pa. She died when the ambulance was near Columbiana.

Mrs. Culp, a daughter of the late William and Laura Brown Young, was born Oct. 9, 1894, in Salineville, where she spent her lifetime. Her husband died May 28, 1949. She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, the Philathea Class of the Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star of Salineville.

In addition to her daughter, she leaves two brothers, William L. Young of Minneapolis, and Clayton S. Young of Claysville, Pa., and two grandsons.

Rites will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. in the Faulkner Funeral Home in Salineville by the Rev. Charles E. Richardson, Pastor of the Methodist Church. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home tonight and Friday from 7 to 10 p. m.
